Board Director Programme Grading Fairness

Assessing marking bias in board director training by using statistical analysis, assessing confidence intervals and p-value to understand if decisions were statistically significant for an educational cohort, qualitative assessment using random cluster samples, assessing AI usage, evaluating questions and marking scheme to determine difficult questions that could be improved.

AI Acceptable Use Policy

Drafting acceptable use in education, and assessment methods for prompt injection to evaluate compliance with policy.

Website Optimisation

Built HTML scripts and context engineering files for product market research, product marketing, SEO, UI, UX, CRO optimisation, HTML coding, email flow and API automations.

Built a custom API that orchestrates searches across multiple supplier databases automatically, prioritising inventory in UK, Europe, then worldwide — applying business logic that would take a human hours to execute.

Legal Case Review

Used AI solutions to address large context window managed trained using accuracy techniques, context engineering and systems architecture to research relevant case law & precedents, structured evidence chronologically, drafted arguments, HITL (human in the loop) review and prepared court submissions.

Multi-Agent Architecture

Most AI implementations are single-purpose tools. I built something different — an ecosystem of specialised agents that work together. Research agents gather information. Analysis agents process it. Writing agents draft outputs. Verification agents check for accuracy. Orchestration agents coordinate handoffs between them. Each agent has defined capabilities, clear boundaries, and quality gates with built-in checkpoints that mirror how human teams operate. This is enterprise AI architecture. Multiple AI components coordinating together, with governance built into the design — not bolted on afterwards.

C-Suite AI Roadmaps

Created bespoke AI roadmaps for C-suite executives, tailored to each individual/organisation. Not generic frameworks — personalised plans based on their level of AI understanding and mapping specific solutions to their actual pain points. Every roadmap was different because every leader's situation was different and designed for their specific challenges, and what would actually move the needle for them. Not theory. Real strategy for real leaders.

AI-Assisted Website Development

Using AI to code starting without coding knowledge to building three production websites and a client API in 3 months using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub. The site you're looking at? She built it.
