We Don't Just Teach AI Governance. We Use and Build AI Systems Every Day.
You're being asked to govern AI without ever having built one.
We've built them. We use them.
We'll teach you how to oversee them.
Why This Training Exists
The Gap in the Market
AI is moving faster than regulations and litigation. Directors don't have adequate hands-on training to understand how to manage the risks and ask the right questions—but are still asked to sign off on AI projects and AI audits.
The Accountability Problem
AI consultants and auditors are pitching proposals. But directors aren't getting the hands-on training they need.
They're asked to sign off without understanding what they're signing off on. Auditors say they run the processes—but liability rests with directors. You can't rubber stamp approvals anymore.
You don't ask your CFO to read your annual reports for you. You learned to read them yourself—to ask the right questions, to spot the red flags.
AI governance works the same way. You don't need to be a technical expert—just the foundation to govern effectively.
What We Do Differently
- Translate jargon into plain English
- Link technical concepts to director responsibilities
- Ensure you recognise risks in board packs immediately
- Cover cross-functional risks—Legal, HR, Audit, Compliance
Examples of What We've Actually Built Using AI
Practical AI Experience — Not Theory
June Lai
Governance Architect
Regulatory Compliance and Litigation Risk
Designed AI governance architecture that maps to global regulatory requirements including EU AI Act requirements, SEC cybersecurity rules, HKEX disclosure standards, and relevant litigation cases. Built verification systems that create audit trails for every AI decision.
Annual Report Review
Assessed annual reports vs. compliance with mandatory and best practices of HKEX Corporate governance codes for listed companies covering board composition, diversity, independence, delegation of responsibilities, director duties including when they arise in common law cases, ESG, global best practices, risk analysis, scenario and trend analysis.
Proprietary Frameworks for Accuracy
Researched and developed unique frameworks and strategies to reduce hallucinations, improve accuracy by design, with audit and traceability.
Board Director Programme Grading Fairness
Assessing marking bias in board director training by using statistical analysis, assessing confidence intervals and p-value to understand if decisions were statistically significant for an educational cohort, qualitative assessment using random cluster samples, assessing AI usage, evaluating questions and marking scheme to determine difficult questions that could be improved.
AI Acceptable Use Policy
Drafting acceptable use in education, and assessment methods for prompt injection to evaluate compliance with policy.
Website Optimisation
Built HTML scripts and context engineering files for product market research, product marketing, SEO, UI, UX, CRO optimisation, HTML coding, email flow and API automations.
Marketing Images and Videos
Used AI to create product marketing images and videos using market research, data processes to develop optimal prompt engineering, storyboarding and optimised for visual AI generation of images and videos, training AI for optimal visual outcomes using multiple visual AI LLMs.
CS Chat Automation
Built knowledge base, optimised for SEO and LLMs, with automated responses, review of edge cases, optimised for CRO.
Product Design
Leveraged AI to explore product research, development approaches, material science, target price, tooling design, formulation methodologies, assess constraints, active ingredient optimisation methods, delivery techniques.
Charlotte Fallon Smith
AI Strategist
Automated Supply Chain Research
Built a custom API that orchestrates searches across multiple supplier databases automatically, prioritising inventory in UK, Europe, then worldwide — applying business logic that would take a human hours to execute.
Built Proprietary Knowledge Base
Automatically tracks, retains, sorts, and retrieves all historical work product and access it at the moment it's needed by building a RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system using vector databases to embedded, indexed, and search by meaning — not just keywords. When I ask a question, the system retrieves context from across my entire knowledge base before generating a response.
Automated Financial Intelligence
Built automation using MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect financial data scattered across dozens of sources, extracting key information, summarising obligations, and delivering a digest. The information comes to me; I don't have to go hunting.
Bespoke B2B Lead Generation
Conducting research at scale by automating prospect research that previously took hours per company — manually reading websites, extracting information, identifying decision-makers, noting relevant details.
Legal Case Review
Used AI solutions to address large context window managed trained using accuracy techniques, context engineering and systems architecture to research relevant case law & precedents, structured evidence chronologically, drafted arguments, HITL (human in the loop) review and prepared court submissions.
Multi-Agent Architecture
Most AI implementations are single-purpose tools. I built something different — an ecosystem of specialised agents that work together. Research agents gather information. Analysis agents process it. Writing agents draft outputs. Verification agents check for accuracy. Orchestration agents coordinate handoffs between them. Each agent has defined capabilities, clear boundaries, and quality gates with built-in checkpoints that mirror how human teams operate. This is enterprise AI architecture. Multiple AI components coordinating together, with governance built into the design — not bolted on afterwards.
C-Suite AI Roadmaps
Created bespoke AI roadmaps for C-suite executives, tailored to each individual/organisation. Not generic frameworks — personalised plans based on their level of AI understanding and mapping specific solutions to their actual pain points. Every roadmap was different because every leader's situation was different and designed for their specific challenges, and what would actually move the needle for them. Not theory. Real strategy for real leaders.
AI-Assisted Website Development
Using AI to code starting without coding knowledge to building three production websites and a client API in 3 months using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub. The site you're looking at? She built it.

Charlotte's Story: The Hidden Efficiency Gap
Designing AI for Cognitive Diversity and ESG Impact
We know that different people learn differently and need diverse solutions and approaches to learning to be effective in organisations. We've seen it firsthand ourselves and there is significant value in diverse approaches to learning.
A significant portion of your workforce is neurodivergent. While boards prioritise ESG obligations and diversity metrics, most directors are unaware of a critical gap: most AI tools are unintentionally designed for a single type of brain, creating productivity barriers for neurodivergent employees.
The Problem
A Hidden Efficiency Drain
For employees with ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia, traditional enterprise AI can be counterproductive:
- •Information in overwhelming walls of text
- •Context disappears between sessions
- •Information floods causing decision paralysis
This design gap sidelines valuable talent and directly impacts your technology ROI and inclusion metrics.
The Solution
AI Designed for All Cognition
We developed AI systems that work with diverse cognitive styles:
Persistence
Context maintained between sessions
Proactive Summaries
Key info pushed directly to you
Batch Processing
Manageable chunks, not floods
Accessibility Formatting
Scannable, not dense paragraphs
The Strategic Imperative for Your Board
True inclusion is no longer a theoretical policy or a mere checkbox exercise; it is a measurable strategic advantage that drives genuine productivity gains and meets your modern governance goals. We can demonstrate what neurodivergent-friendly AI looks like in practice—functional tools that improve daily output, engagement, and retention, translating directly into enhanced business performance and stronger ESG outcomes.

"I'm neurodivergent — ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia.
Most AI tools aren't designed for brains like mine. Information comes in walls of text I can't process. Context disappears. Executive function fails at the worst moments."
A significant portion of your workforce is neurodivergent. Your board likely has ESG and inclusion obligations — but most directors don't know how AI can support different cognitive styles.
"I've built these systems for myself. I use them daily. I can show your board what neurodivergent-friendly AI actually looks like — not as a checkbox exercise, but as genuine accommodation that improves productivity."
